OCCUPANCY

The maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests, including children and infants. Isle of Palms maintains strict regulations relating to occupancy limits. Occupancy violations will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and denial of access without a refund.

ANIMALS

We love our furry friends, but the HOA prohibits animals on the premises. To ensure an allergen-free home for all of our guests, we have a strict no animal policy. Animal violations will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and denial of access without a refund.

NOISE

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 10:00am ET. All residents and guests shall refrain from any activity that disturbs other residents during this period. Guests violating this policy will be asked to check-out immediately, with no refund.

PARKING

Parking is limited to 1 labeled parking space per unit, however if you have a second vehicle, please let us know so we can create a second gate pass and parking for that vehicle will be on the side spots on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

ADDITIONAL RULES

  • Please do not run the air conditioner with doors or windows open.

  • A Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink for emergency use only.

  • The use of tape, push-pins, tacks, nails, etc. to hang anything (banners, signs, posters, photo backdrops, games, etc.) from anywhere in the property is prohibited.

  • Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.

**Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged $500 or more.

By booking The Blue Palm at Isle of Palms, you (and everyone traveling with you) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these house rules.

HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. A STARTER SET of the following is provided: Toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towel (1 roll), soap bar, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dish towel and dishwasher pods.

GARBAGE

Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle located outside to the northeast corner of the building. All garbage should be removed from the unit and placed in this dumpster prior to departure.

PORCH

Please use the provided hooks for drying wet beach clothing and towels. No grilling or cooking is permitted on the porch.

POOL

There is no lifeguard on duty. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Please adhere to all posted rules of the community pool, including:

  • Pool Hours:

    • 8:30AM - 8:30PM from April - October

    • 10AM - 5:30PM November - March

  • Keep pool gate closed at all times

  • No cooking in pool area. There is designated grilling in the gazebo area

  • Do not remove lounge chairs from pool deck

  • No glass in pool area

  • No roller-skating, roller-blading or skate boarding allowed in pool area

  • No smoking in the pool area

  • Place trash in trashcans

  • Shower prior to entering the pool

  • Any child who is not potty trained must wear a swim diaper or other protection when in the pool

  • The use of the pool is restricted to no more than 4 guests per unit
